Most private schools will schedule their "Open Day" in October and November every year.

At that time, parents will have the opportunity to communicate directly with the school's admissions office.

Each school will assign a teacher to introduce the curriculum, special projects, and previous years' enrollment status to parents.

If the student is lucky enough to have the opportunity to communicate directly with the principal, it will be a big bonus in the future application process.

**For international students applying for admission to Grade 9 (Junior 3 in China), some private schools require SSAT scores. Students and parents are advised to prepare early.
