Higher Education Institutions Application Guidance 

Planning Stage Service

  1. Help students in 11th grade to choose the right courses to ensure a seamless transition for their final grade course selections.

  2. Help students in 12th grade to choose the required courses that can be used to university applications. Making reasonable suggestions based on the difficulty of each courses. Refer to the 11th grade course selection and the university requirements.

  3. According to the student's 12th-grade course selection, related grades, and demands for university, we will provide the most matching Canadian or American universities and majors.

  4. Detailed information will be provided including the characteristics of selected universities/majors, application requirements, program course content, professional certificates, employment information and salary of graduates. (Data comes from Canada job bank).

  5. Professional application echelons will be provided for students including three levels from high to low.

  6. Provide all the important information about applying for a university: such as language requirements information, 12th grade course and grade requirements information, language score submission date information, language class information, information about application and supported documents submission deadlines, etc.

  7. According to the variation of university admissions requirements, providing the most accurate first-hand consultation without any delay. Plans will be made quickly in response to the admission requirement changes. 

 

Application Stage Services

  1. According to the students' 12th-grade course selection, grades, personal interests and parents' expectations, provide the most matching selection of Canadian and American universities and majors for alternatives.

  2. Help students determine their applications for universities and majors based on the three levels of difficulty echelons, as well as the possible scholarship applications.

  3. Assist students to activating the OUAC101 university application account (for Ontario high school graduates), registering a Common Application account for American university applications, and activating an OUAC105 university application account (for candidates who live or study outside Ontario or graduate who are not from the current year), registering a university application account (for applicants who wants to apply for university outside of Ontario or Canada). Fill the right information, and submit the application after the information is confirmed to be accurate, true and complete.

OUAC (The Ontario Universities' Application Centre) is a centralized processing center for applications for undergraduate admission to the universities of Ontario. Students’  schools will upload their scores to OUAC and students will be able to choose their dream universities and majors through OUAC. OUAC is responsible for sending students' scores and choices to the selected universities.
